Ms. Davoodian has 25-plus years of experience in CT scan and MRI imaging.

 

 

 


 


Nicole Dhanraj, PhD, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, PMP, CRA, R.T.(R)(CT)(MR)
Dr. Nicole Dhanraj is an army veteran with a diverse background. She is an experienced Director of Radiology, Professor, Edupreneur, Author, International Speaker, Dissertation Mentor, Content Developer, and Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator. She has over 10 years of teaching face to face, online, and hybrid. Dr. Dhanraj received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St Martin’s University and her Master’s in International Relations, graduating magna cum laude from Troy State University. She earned her doctorate with an emphasis in Organizational Management from Capella University. She received her certification as an appreciative inquiry facilitator through Case Western Reserve University. She has several certifications to include project management, human resources, radiology administrator.


Marcelene Forbus, RT(R), RPA, (CBRPA)
Marcelene Forbus Started her Radiology based career in 2000 when she attended a hospital based program in Dallas Texas. After 5 years in the industry and cross training in multiple modalities, she decided to further her education and by 2006 by attending Weber State University’s RPA program, graduating in 2008. Marcelene has more than 2 decades of experience in medical imaging and currently holds a position as Lead Radiologist Assistant in a large private practice group based in DFW Texas. Marcelene has a deep passion for advocacy, legislation and professional recognition for all medical imaging professionals.
 


Jason Lee, MSRS, RT(R) CT RA, RPA
Jason k. Lee is a healthcare professional with over 25 years in the Radiology field. He has practiced as a Radiologist Practitioner Assistant/Radiologist Assistant since 2005, where he performs procedures as well as teaches radiology residents, radiology fellows, med-students during their radiology electives, as well as RPA/RAs in training. He enjoys writing publications as well as presenting lectures on the local, state, national, and international level.

 

 


Lucas Sparta, BSRT, RT(R)(ARRT)
Luke is a graduate and diagnostic technologist at The Johns Hopkins Hospital for 12 years in various roles resulting in his current position working in pediatrics. He has a keen interest in applying his varied work experiences and penchant for perpetual learning into education of his peers and students and hopes to pass that along to fellow peers in radiology as equally proud of their chosen profession.

 

 


Melanie Yates, R.T.(R)(VI)(M)(ARRT)Melanie Yates, with over 21 years as a Radiologic Technologist (R.T.) and a decade in coaching healthcare professionals, specializes in combating burnout and fostering work-life balance. Her methods, rooted in her professional expertise and personal journey overcoming self-defeating behaviors, combine radiology knowledge with emotional management, resilience, and mindfulness techniques. Melanie's unique approach helps radiologic technologists navigate their complex roles, manage emotions, and cultivate fulfilling careers. Dedicated to mentoring and inspiring through seminars, coaching, and educational content, Melanie is committed to promoting mental well-being and balanced living in medicine. As a speaker, she offers a blend of empathy, expertise, and practical strategies, empowering technologists to achieve their utmost potential in their professional and personal lives.
