This meeting is for ALL STUDENTS, and we look forward to seeing you there! We encourage you to become a member of the CSRT and continue participating in our monthly CSRT Student meetings to enjoy our “Meet the Expert Series” to gain valuable insights into our Radiologic industry. We look forward to future guest speakers covering various topics including but not limited to Professional Development Topics, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Therapy, DEXA, and Informatics. Our next meeting will be on April 24th, please feel free to contact us with any questions and any topics you would like to hear presentations about in future meetings.  


SPEAKER:

Nicole Dhanraj Ph.D, SHRM-SCP, CSSBB, CPPS, GPHR PMP, CRA, R.T(R)(CT)(MR) FAHRA

Dr. Dhanraj began her career in radiology as a diagnostic imaging and CT technologist in the US Army. She is considered a subject matter expert on healthcare and business's technical, managerial, and operational aspects. She was the previous Director of Radiology, managing daily operations and many projects for a public hospital in Guam. She is an appointee for the Guam Green Initiative by the Governor of Guam. In addition, she serves as the Director of Education for ACTNOW Education, a nonprofit organization serving the military and their families.

She currently works as a business consultant. She is also an adjunct professor, dissertation mentor, and instructional designer on organizational development, Organizational Behavior and Transformation, Human Resource Management, Healthcare Leadership, Distance Learning, Organizational Leadership, Strategic Management, and Business Ethics. She received the 2020 Stanley Drazek Teaching Excellence Award from the University of Maryland and the award for excellence in 2020 and 2021 from the Association for Medical Imaging Management. In addition, she was featured on the cover of ASRT Scanner magazine. 

Dr. Dhanraj received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from St Martin's University, Washington, and her Master's in International Relations, graduating magna cum laude from Troy State University, Alabama. She earned her doctorate in Organizational Management from Capella University, Minnesota. Her appreciative inquiry work was completed at Case Western University. She holds many certifications across various industries.
