Student Corner

Our students are very important to the CSRT. We welcome and encourage them always. We mentor and prepare them for success in the Radiologic Sciences. The students of today are CSRT's future leaders!

A student member is any person enrolled in an approved Radiologic Technology Program. A first year student is a non-voting member. A second year student may join as a non-voting member or as an active member, eligible to vote and run for certain offices.

Awards and Recognition

Research and Presentation Cash awards, certificates and professional recognition are given to students who participate in the scientific display and essay entries at the annual CSRT conference.

Scholarships and Grants

The "Ruth McMillan Student Grant", the "Anna Ames Clinical Excellence Student Grant", the Superior District Legislative Mentoring Student Grant RT to DC, and the Superior District Legislative Mentoring Student Grant - California State Legislature are awarded by the CSRT. The Radiologic Technology Educators of California (RTEC) present the "Golden Apple" Award.
